Dear Sir/Madam,

We’ve come to announce that the 1st World E-Kempo IKF Championship will take place this next month (July). This is a way to keep the activities going and fighting inertness that’s affecting every sports organization worldwide. And so, we’re sending some information regarding this event.

• The videos must be sent to fplk.kempoportugal@gmail.com ;
• The rules are the IKF ones for Kata and Weapon Kata;
• The age categories are as follows: 4-5 years; 6-7 years; 8-10 years; 11-13 years; 14-15 years; 16-17 years; 18-19 years; 20-37 years; 37+ years. And all divided between male and female.
• All videos must be sent until the 10th of july;
• The results will come out on the days of the event (18th and 19th of july)
• The gmail has a limit of 25mb for files, more than that and it sends a Google Drive link, it’s ok to send this way but make shure to change the share definitions for us to be able to download the videos. Other option is to send by WeTransfer (recommended), it has a 2gb limit but it should be enough, it can also be sent multiple times if needed;
• All the videos must have in it’s name:
• Competitor’s name;
• Age;
• Applied category (Kata or Weapon Kata); Example: Mike Alfred-Kata-15 years
• It must be worn the official uniform (black kimono, white gi trousers and red or blue belt)

Hemos venido a anunciar que el primer Campeonato Mundial E-Kempo IKF tendrá lugar el próximo mes (julio). Esta es una manera de mantener las actividades y combatir la inercia que afecta a todas las organizaciones deportivas del mundo. Y así, estamos enviando información sobre este evento.

• Los videos deben enviarse a fplk.kempoportugal@gmail.com;
• Las reglas son las de IKF para Kata y Weapon Kata;
• Las categorías de edad son las siguientes: 4-5 años; 6-7 años; 8-10 años; 11-13 años; 14-15 años; 16-17 años; 18-19 años; 20-37 años; Más de 37 años. Y todo dividido entre hombre y mujer.
• Todos los videos deben enviarse hasta el 10 de julio;
• Los resultados saldrán los días del evento (18 y 19 de julio)
• El gmail tiene un límite de 25mb para archivos, más que eso y envía un enlace de Google Drive, está bien enviarlo de esta manera, pero asegúrese de cambiar las definiciones de compartir para que podamos descargar los videos. Otra opción es enviar por WeTransfer (recomendado), tiene un límite de 2 gb pero debería ser suficiente, también se puede enviar varias veces si es necesario;
• Todos los videos deben tener su nombre:
• Nombre del competidor;
• Años;
• Categoría aplicada (Kata o Kata de armas); Ejemplo: Mike Alfred-Kata-15 años
• Debe usarse el uniforme oficial (kimono negro, pantalón gi blanco y cinturón rojo o azul)
